Everyone has their own path to spiritual enlightenment. Looking back, I now recognize that I have been healing others my entire life. My intuition has always been very strong. Clairsentient is one of the strongest gifts I work with. I feel the energy in a room when I walk in. I can tell if others are happy or sad without conversing. I know when someone is sick. The men and children in my life never got away with much as I KNOW when someone is being dishonest. I feel other peoples emotions and hearts. Some people refer to this as a “gut feeling”. What I experience goes beyond that, it is a KNOWING.
Approximately, 5% of humans are Empath’s. I belong to this group. As an empath, it is VITAL that you discover what gifts you have. Awareness is key. There are 15 possible empath gifts. Not only will you be aware of your gifts but you also learn how to manage your sensitivities, boundaries and protect yourself.

My gifts are emotional intuition, emotional oneness, intellectual empath ability, medical empath talent and empath talent with astral beings. Keep in mind when I began my journey of finding out who I really am, I had NO idea of my true self. I found the book ” The Empowered Empath by Rose Rosetree” very beneficial in this discovery process.
