Now that Thanksgiving is over-Cut the cords and clear the air!

I had an amazing Thanksgiving with loved ones in the beach house on Crystal Beach.  This little house is bringing magic to life.  I am SO grateful!

Now that the Thanksgiving holiday has passed, it is time to clear the air and your physical being.

Everyone we have ever had an encounter with or thought about has a “cord” attached to us.  That is right, they are attached! SO, not everyone you have had encounters with are necessarily positive or loving.  The quickest way to clear this energy is to “cut the cord”.  Place your fingers in front of your body and make “scissor cuts” in front of your abdomen and behind you in the same area.  You can do this every day to release any unloving, negative cords.  If you get a sudden headache out of no where, give it a shot.  It is likely someone is thinking negatively about you.  Release them!  When you cut the cords, any negative cords are released.  Loving cords will automatically reattach.

If someone negative has been “in your space/home” consider sagging the house.  Sage is an herb that can be used to clear the air/energy.  It also clears our physical beings.  It is also called smudge sticks.  When I feel a heavy or negative presence, I also use a command statement.  What I say is “anything not of love or light must leave now and never return”.  Don’t be nice, command it!  Sometimes passed relatives also visit during these times, not all of them are remembered fondly.  Let’s say someone in the family that has passed had addiction issues.  These entities usually attempt to attach themselves to someone who is struggling with the same issues or depression as it is an “easy in” for them.  They enjoyed the feeling so much the only way they can relive it is through a living being.  I have felt these entities on others.  Sage and Reiki are two things I have utilized to clear them.  These entities do NOT like sage.

Remember to do whatever centers you and brings you peace.  Clean up your energy and space!  Send love out, even to those who may not be “your favorite” person.  Add to the Ripple Effect.  Ripples of love.
