We under estimate the enormous power that our hearts have. Did you know that the heart KNOWS the answer to everything? It KNOWS what you are going to experience before it happens and KNOWS what is best for you. All you have to do is LISTEN. There have been many studies performed where individuals were shown images, some of the images were pleasing and others were not. The studies measured the responses from the brain and the heart of each of the individuals. The heart KNEW BEFORE the picture was shown what the response was going to be. Heart Math Institute was one of the institutions that performed this study.
There is a movie, I personally believe everyone should see at least once “The Power of the Heart”. It brings such a gentle, loving and warm reminder in regards to what our hearts are capable of.
