Levels Of Consciousness

While going through your spiritual journey, you will commonly hear the different levels of consciousness referred to.  Many times when researching and going through discovery, it appears that things are out of reach or misunderstood.  I have personally found that everything resides inside of you.  You are more powerful/magical than you realize.  Things are simpler to achieve than some portray.

Consciousness can be broken down into the following main categories.

Conscious mind proper.  This is our EGO, left brain and rational mind that is represented on a electroencephalograph (EEG) as a beta brain wave.

Subconscious mind. Our SOUL is also known as our subconscious mind and registers on the EEG as an alpha brain wave.  The subconscious component is constantly programmed by the conscious mind proper.  The subconscious functions as a true computer and usually does not analyze or question its programming.

Superconscious mind.  The HIGHER SELF is another name for the superconscious mind.  It represents the perfect component of the subconscious mind and is also an alpha brain wave level.  Since the last two components of our consciousness represents electromagnetic radiation, the Higher Self has the ability to raise the quality if the subconscious mind’s energy to allow it to grow spiritually and become empowered.

Hopefully, this will give you a better understanding of what the different levels of consciousness is.  Achieving alpha brain states is where you will grow and expand in your spiritual journey.
